Caroline Kell

Caroline Kell is a proud Mbarbrum woman born and raised on Kulin Lands. She is a former Counsellor and the Founder and Managing Director of Blak Wattle Coaching and Consulting. With over six years of policy design and community engagement experience in Aboriginal Controlled and mainstream sectors, Caroline is passionate about helping to drive long term outcomes in anti-racism, Treaty, truth-telling, health, and mental health reforms.
