Over the last five years, countless organisations have told us they’re ready to take meaningful steps towards understanding and addressing racism.

We’ve designed an e-learning pilot which answers this call - helping organisations to move beyond cultural awareness to centre truth-telling and anti-racist practices.

Affordable, flexible, and evidence-based, this training helps organisations like yours create safer, more respectful workplaces where everyone can thrive.

What makes our training different?

01
Led by First Nations lived-experience, backed by evidence:

Co-designed and facilitated by First Nation leaders, drawing on data and insights from over 100 community voices and featuring powerful stories from Stacie Piper, Uncle Robbie Thorpe, Chris Saunders, and Maggie Blanden.

02
Grounded in truth-telling:

Embedded in the contemporary context of the Yoorook Truth and Justice Commission and Treaty process in Victoria, to build foundational understanding of colonisation and systemic injustice.

03
Holistic principles of wellbeing:

Draws on Aboriginal models of social and emotional well-being to equip participants with emotional-regulation and reflexivity skills to tackle internalised and institutional racism with honesty and care.

04
Action-oriented allyship:

Moves beyond cultural awareness to empower learners to identify, challenge and transform racist systems and behaviours in their workplace.

Many misunderstandings stem from centering whiteness and comfort over truth and justice.

Racism isn’t just about hateful acts - It’s about power, systems, silence and avoidance. Overcoming it requires humility, truth-telling and willingness to unlearn, listen and act.

Frequently Asked Questions

This isn’t a finished product. This is the part where we learn — together. We’re opening just 40 spots at a special discounted rate of $500 per person to join us in shaping the pilot. We’re asking for your time, your insight, and your honesty and in return, you get early access to something new — and a hand in shaping it. Feedback will be collected via an optional online session and short reflection surveys at the end of each module.

The training is designed for community, public and private sector workforces, as well as Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations with non-Indigenous staff. It’s suitable for individuals and teams who are ready to move beyond cultural awareness into real accountability and action.

The e-learning pilot consists of six self-paced modules, each taking around 45–60 minutes. Participants can complete the modules at their own pace within the three month pilot timeframe from November - January.

Unlike many cultural awareness or anti-racism programs, this training is First Nations–led, grounded in truth-telling, and action-focused. It moves beyond awareness to provide participants with tools for reflection, emotional regulation, accountability, and meaningful systemic change.
